I have always been someone who finds fulfillment in supporting the people around me. I believe in taking a collaborative, solution-focused, and person centered approach to therapy (which starts with getting to know you as a person - not a mental health diagnosis). As a therapist, one of my favorite things to do is help people recognize their unique strengths. It is my hope that everyone leaves a conversation with me feeling empowered and excited to create changes that move them one step closer to their goals and being the best version of themselves.
